Comprehensive naturopathic medicine — every plan grounded in the current literature and in what I have seen work, now practiced in person on the Rhode Island coast.
My work centers on naturopathic oncology and digestive health, and extends into the complex, layered conditions that tend to arrive after other doors have closed — mold-related illness, Lyme, autoimmunity, long-COVID, and unexplained fatigue.
What that looks like in practice is less like an appointment and more like an ongoing conversation. We work through your history together, decide what is worth testing, and build a plan you can actually live with. Then we revise it as your body answers.
Care is delivered in office at Pure Eco Spa in Westerly, alongside a community of other practitioners.

Fifteen-plus years focused on cancer care.
I work with patients across all cancer types and stages. Alongside conventional treatment, my role is to support the intended effects of chemotherapy, radiation, and immunotherapy while reducing their toll. For patients not pursuing conventional therapy, I build aggressive, individualized prevention and treatment programs.
A decade of research into hydrogen sulfide.
SIBO, IBS, and inflammatory bowel disease are approached through the lens of sulfur and hydrogen sulfide metabolism — research I have published on extensively. The same biochemistry often explains stubborn skin conditions, food intolerance, and fatigue that hasn't responded elsewhere.
The most commonly overlooked factor in chronic illness.
When the autonomic nervous system is stuck in a protective state, other therapies underperform. Restoring balance and flexibility is often the step that finally allows treatment to take hold, and it is now woven through nearly every care plan I write.
Mold, Lyme, fatigue, fibromyalgia, autoimmunity.
Much of my practice is made up of people who have already seen many clinicians. These cases reward patience, sequencing, and a willingness to keep reading the literature until the underlying drivers come into view.
A growing share of the practice.
These presentations overlap heavily with mold exposure, mast-cell activation, and dysautonomia. They respond to layered, unhurried treatment rather than a single intervention — and to a clinician who takes the symptoms seriously.
Driven by curiosity.
Every patient is a distinct puzzle of metabolism, immunity, exposure history, and daily life. I go back into the current research for each one, and the plan changes as your body responds.
You send records, labs, imaging, and a health history in advance so our first hour is spent on you rather than on paperwork.
Ninety minutes, in person in Westerly. A relaxed, thorough conversation about your history, what has been tried, and what we should investigate first.
Targeted testing where it will change decisions, plus a written plan: nutrition, botanicals, nutrients, and lifestyle adjustments in a realistic order.
Follow-up visits of 30 to 45 minutes to read the response, adjust, and keep the plan matched to where your body actually is.

“The treatments and routines he recommended were extremely beneficial throughout my chemotherapy and radiation. My primary oncologist was amazed at how well I handled the therapies and how strong I remained.”
“Greg has treated my husband with gentle, welcoming kindness and genuine interest — a major healing modality all on its own. He commits himself to ongoing research and can pivot on a dime as needed.”
“Open-minded, innovative, and a true partner in health. He is really engaged in research, and remains curious — such an important quality in a human being, let alone a health care practitioner.”
“By far the most caring doctor I have ever experienced — taking the time to thoroughly listen, making the best suggestions, but never pushing treatments I was uncomfortable with.”
“Dr. Greg's explanations are clear and thoughtful. He is calm and keeps me calm, so I don't panic — no pressure on his part.”
That is exactly what a first conversation is for. Bring your history, your questions, and whatever hasn't worked yet.
