Request a new patient visit through this website. Once approved, you'll receive intake and history forms by email. Please complete them thoroughly at least 24 hours before your appointment — Dr. Nigh reviews them carefully before you sit down together.

Yes, once a Rhode Island resident has been established as a patient through an in-office visit, follow-ups can happen by telehealth when appropriate. Telehealth is not available for residents of other states — surrounding states require the doctor to be licensed where the patient resides.
Are you accepting patients from outside Rhode Island?+
Yes. Patients from CT, MA, NY, and beyond are welcome. The first visit must be in-office in Westerly, RI to establish care as a patient; after that, follow-up visits can be done by telehealth or in person, whichever works best for you.
